Authenticity Guarantee
We take great pride in our authenticity guarantee. In the rare event that an item is not as described or not authentic, we will take the following steps:
- If you believe that the item is not authentic, we may request you to send the item for inspection by an independent authenticator from our list of approved authenticators. The buyer is initially responsible for the cost of this authentication service. Here are three non-affiliated authentication service options:
- Real Authentication
- Open Luxury
- Authenticate First
- If the item is confirmed to be authentic, it will stay with the buyer. In case the authentication was done in-person, the buyer will be responsible for any associated expenses.
- If the item is not authentic as described in the initial listing, we will cover the cost of the authentication service and all expenses associated with returning the item to us, including the original shipping charges.
We have 10 years of experience authenticating luxury bags, and we are very comfortable with the bags we sell. We can guarantee the authenticity of our products. We also provide authentication services in person and virtually for some of our clients. You are welcome to use any of these services to authenticate your bag and make a confident purchase. We are proud of our authenticity guarantee, and if at any time your item appears to be not authentic, we will take it back without hesitation.
